Hello Porsche Friends,

On Saturday, September 13, 2025, we will celebrate the founding and 70th Anniversary of the Porsche Club of America. We will have a party to celebrate our anniversary and spotlight Porsche’s over the seven decades that PCA has evolved to be the largest single marque club in America.

The founder of PCA, Bill Sholar, and 8 Porsche Owners (Originally called the “Gripe Group”} gathered together to obtain technical help, make contact with the factory, and place ads in car magazines to add members. They formed the group because in those days (1951) there were 100’s of Porsches in America and Canada, but no service technicians, no parts and very little technical information. Four years later the new PCA was formerly chartered (1955), and over the years Porsche Club of America has grown to over 167,00 members with 149 Regions in America and Canada.

Veloce Valuations and Mohr Imports will be hosting a panel discussion about Porsches current values and sales, how selling through Bring a Trailer works, Porsche Art, and other interesting Porsche features. A member’s car will be featured for each decade since PCA was founded with each owner describing their experience since owning their Porsche.

A Mexican dinner including Chicken & Steak Fajitas will be catered by Michael’s Taqueria Restaurant in Pacific Grove. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available and parking arrangements have been made for those attending the party.

We encourage you to register for the event as soon as possible inasmuch as we will only be able to accommodate 100 reservations.

After you register, and before the event, additional information will be sent to you including parking instructions via email.
