Here is the deal: We need a head count so that we can get a caterer on board. German sausages and beer. Authentic!! Moto Talbott is setting this up for us. Moto Talbott is a non profit organization listed as a 501C3. Robb Talbott of Talbott vineyards was also present and spoke with us. We anticipate that he will be on hand for this event. Jolynn Rivera spent a lot of time with us talking about and showing us their collection.
This will be a very simple and straight forward event. Dave Terdy and I talked about how we wanted this event to come about. When I say simple, our intent is just that. Beer and Brats. With sauerkraut of course and on a bun if you want it that way.
When registration opens, the 1st 20 Porsches (and you have to bring a Porsche, unless it happens to be VTV’s MB) that register will get to park in the museum parking lot. There are 2 additional parking lots available across the street from the museum that combined can hold and additional 40-50 cars. There is also parking on the street.
This is what I need from you as members. Do you think that you will attend this event? How many will be in your party? Please email me with a ‘yes’ and the number of intended participants or a ‘no’. You will have to check your calendar. If you cannot commit, and want to come, please also let me know.
