We will meet at Chili’s in Seaside at 9am. Cars and Coffee may be in progress, so please park at the front of the restaurant to make it easier for us to remain together (like we did for Big Sur Tour #1).

We will have our driver’s meeting at 9:20am and leave at 9:40am to arrive in Marina at 10am for the tour. For the route, we will take Highway 1 to Imjin Rd, across Reservation Rd and into the Joby facility. We will be hosted by our club member Malisha Wijesinghe and his colleague Charles Dayton. This tour will be limited in size to 35 members based on space constraints at Joby.

After the tour, we will head south on Reservation Rd until we get to Highway 68. We will merge onto the highway heading west until we reach Laureles Grade. We will turn left and drive over the Grade until we come to Carmel Valley Rd. From there, we will turn right (heading west). After about 5 miles, we will turn into Del Mesa Carmel for a wonderful lunch at Woody’s Restaurant at Del Mesa.

For lunch, chef Woody has chosen the following options for us at $45 per person:

Romaine Hearts, Meyer Lemon Anchovy Dressing, Croutons, Parmesan
Add Protein to Above Salad if desired. Choice of Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, or Salmon (no extra charge, select at the restaurant)

Lunch will include a choice of beverage and an appetizer and dessert selected for us by Chef Woody.

To register for the event, use the booking form below. The cost is $45 per member including gratuity and tax. The maximum number of attendees is 35. Online registration closes on Thursday, March 5th at 9PM.

Stripe (for debit/credit cards) and PayPal are used by the Club for its payment gateways. In both cases, you will be transferred from our site to their secured payment site. No credit card or PayPal account data is stored on our site. Upon completion of your payment, you will be returned to our site. An email booking confirmation will be sent to you.

If you have a problem or prefer to pay by check, select “Pay with Offline Payment” (select in drop-down menu). Please allow enough time so that your check is received before the event.
