SUMMARY:2025 Tour to Hecker Pass and Gilroy
DESCRIPTION:For the Tour to Gilroy via Hecker Pass\, we are heading to Gilr
 oy in early June to enjoy sunshine\, winding roads\, good food and wine.\n
 \nWe will meet at Chili's Restaurant at 9:00. Driver's meeting will be at 
 9:30 with departure at 9:45 .\n\nWe will drive to our first stop at the Wi
 ndmill Market in San Juan Bautista at 10:15. Members from Salinas or Holli
 ster can join us at the Windmill Market if they prefer.\n\nWe will depart 
 the Windmill Market at 10:30.\n\nWe will take back roads through Aromas an
 d Watsonville to Hecker Pass Road where we will turn right and head up the
  pass after a short stop on the side of the road to regroup.\n\nOnce over 
 the pass\, we will turn left onto Watsonville Road. After a few miles\, we
  will pull into the Chitactac-Adams Park on the left side of the road for 
 a bathroom break. Then we will continue on the Watsonville Road until we r
 each the Uvas Road fork on the left. After many wonderful winding miles\, 
 we will turn right onto Oak Glen Ave and pass beautiful Chesbro Reservoir 
 on our way to MoHi Farms Restaurant in Downtown Morgan HIll for lunch at n
 oon.\n\nAfter a fine lunch\, we will drive back along Chesbro Reservoir to
  Uvas Road and turn left (the way we came before). We will drive to the Uv
 as Reservoir Lookout and stop to stretch our legs. After a break\, we will
  continue to Day Road and from there to Santa Theresa. We will make our la
 st turn onto Fitzgerald Road which will lead us to Little Uvas Vinyards an
 d their Tasting Room they call the "Garage." Members will be free to enjoy
  their wine\, view their car collection (including many Porsches!) and lea
 ve when they are ready. The drive back to Monterey will take about one hou
 r.\n\nCost for brunch is $40.  It will include choice of eggs benedict\, 
 breakfast sandwich or smoked salmon with cream cheese on toast.  Beverage
 s will be purchased separately.\n\nThe maximum the restaurant can accommod
 ate is 40\, so the event is limited it to 40 members.\n\n\n\nTo register f

 ion to make it easier to pay with a debit or credit card through Stripe (s
 elect in drop-down menu). Registration closes Thursday\, June 5th at 9PM.\
 n\nStripe (for debit/credit cards) and PayPal are used by the Club for its
  payment gateways. In both cases\, you will be transferred from our site t
 o their secured payment site. No credit card or PayPal account data is sto
 red on our site. Upon completion of your payment\, you will be returned to
  our site. An email booking confirmation will be sent to you.\n\nIf you ha
 ve a problem or prefer to pay by check\, select “Pay with Offline Paymen
 t” (select in drop-down menu). Make your check payable to “PCA-Montere
