SUMMARY:2026 Return to Elkhorn Slough
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our third year to Elkhorn Slough for a "Return to E
 lkhorn Slough". The Tour provides amazing wildlife viewing aboard the El C
 at\, an innovative\, custom\, fully electric catamaran\, built in Moss Lan
 ding. As we glide slowly\, cleanly and quietly through the meandering chan
 nels led by the experienced captain and crew\, we will be treated to a spe
 ctacle of vibrant wetlands and lush marshes teeming with an array of wildl
 ife. During the tour\, we will see otters\, sea lions\, harbor seals\, and
  a diverse population of birds\, as the Elkhorn Slough is part of the Paci
 fic Flyway. Join us on a one-of-a-kind\, electric-powered catamaran ride f
 or a narrated wildlife tour along one of California’s largest tidal wate
 rways.\n\nThe 32 participants for our Tour to Elkhorn Slough will begin by
  meeting promptly at 8:00 AM at Chili’s restaurant in Seaside on Saturda
 y\, September 19th. We will have our driver’s meeting and signing of Wai
 vers and depart at 8:30 am for an enjoyable drive.\n\nBecause we will need
  to be on the Boat by 10:00 AM we request that if you are going directly t
 o the boat\, you arrive no later than 9:45 AM. A Jacket\, sun screen\, and
  camera are recommended. Food and beverages (including beer and wine) are 
 also permitted to be brought on the boat.\n\nAfter the tour will proceed N
 orth directly to the Sea Harvest Restaurant for Lunch at 12:00 PM.\n\nA co
 py of the menu at Sea Harvest for your review will be sent to you prior to
  the event. It will be very helpful if you decide what you plan to order s
 o that we will be able to complete the ordering of our lunch in a timely m
 anner facilitate ordering lunch. After placing your order\, you will pay f
 or your meal\, and be given a buzzer that will call you when it is ready.\
 n\nIn the event that the changes of plans interfere with your schedule and
  you are not able to attend either the Boat Tour or the Lunch please notif
 y me no later than Friday\, September 11\, 12:00 PM.\nFee: $30.00\n\nRetur
