Tour details:
We will meet again at the Chili’s Parking Lot, 1349 Canyon Del Rey Blvd, Seaside CA 93955 between 8:30-9:00 am. Cars and Coffee will not be there this time so we can have a little space to park our Porsches. Social time, sign the waivers and driver’s meeting at 9:00. Depart at 9:30.
We will drive north on Highway 1, then turn inland at Soquel and drive some nice back roads to Scott’s Valley where we should arrive about 10:45.
An employee will welcome us and they and/or Bruce Canepa will give a tour of the facility, workshop and Bruce’s racecar “museum.” Last time I was there I lost count of how many different types of Porsches Bruce has raced over the years! The tour should end about 12:30. We can enjoy the remaining 30 minutes at our favorite part of the shop and then we will meet up in the parking lot at 1pm to drive to Bruno’s Bar and Grill for lunch at 1:30. They are located at 230 Mount Hermon Road, Suite G, Scotts Valley, CA 95066. This is just past the Nob Hill Market in a shopping center on Mt Hermon Road.
After lunch, we will return home via Highway 17 and Highway 1.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Mark
